TERMS OF SERVICE

By agreeing to use VEooo's convenient laundry service, you have accepted our commitments and policies. To be able to use the service in the most convenient and satisfied way, please read carefully the following terms:

1. VEooo will take all responsibilities, make every effort to resolve the complaints and make compensation for you if the damage or loss are caused from our side.

2. The compensation value will be decided by VEooo, depending on the extent of damage in each specific case. However, the compensation value will not exceed 10 times the value of using VEooo’s service. Customers must submit the original invoice issued by VEooo in order to carry out the compensation procedures.

3. VEooo will only accept your complaints within 24 hours from the moment you receive the products/items from our staff. After this period of time, VEooo will not accept and/or resolve any complaints you may have.

4. The exact number of products/items will be noted specifically on VEooo’s receipt and confirmed by you before giving to our staff. For products/items which have the value from 5,000,000 VND (five millions VND) or more, customers should inform VEooo's staff (with invoices or proof of the value of products/items), and have a price agreement with VEooo, in parallel with a compensation policy for high-value products/items;

If you do not inform or cannot prove the true value of the products/items, VEooo will only proceed to compensate under Section 1 and 2 mentioned above.

5. VEooo will be exempt from all liability, non-acceptance and/or settlement of any claims in the following circumstances:

·   For any damage that has been caused to the products/items prior to your use of VEooo's services including but not limited to: fading, shrinkage, fraying, cracking, blasting, other faults...

·    Due to the basic properties of the fabric, the products/ietms are easy to fade naturally. VEooo will inform you immediately if this ever happens.

·    Cases of elastic, color-bleeding or other breakdowns such as loss of buttonhole, loss of key, failure of the lock, loss of ornamentals, and the cause determined by the low quality of fabric, dye, key, the ornament of the dress.

6. In some cases, VEooo would refuse to provide services with special fabrics or without display labels.

7. Please check carefully and review products/items before giving to VEooo’s staff, in order not to forget items. VEooo is not responsible for anything left behind or attached to the products/items. However, we will preserve and notify you when detected.

8. For special cases, VEooo will discuss with you and continue to provide services when and only if VEooo and you come to an agreement.

9. VEooo will provide to you: Receipt of using the service when our staff takes the products/items, and when VEooo’s staff delivers the products/items, you must submit the original receipt to VEooo’s staff while re-checking the quality and condition of your belongings before receiving them. If you have any complaints, please inform us immediately within 24 hours for prompt responses and settlement under Section 3 mentioned above.

In case you lose your Service Receipt, you will need to fill in the declaration form and confirm that you have received the products/items provided by VEooo’s staff.

10. VEooo is committed to processing orders and delivery on time. However, in some unforeseen and/or unavoidable circumstances, the delivery time may be delayed compared to the previous agreement. VEooo will inform you at the earliest time in these cases.
